Product Overview
When using with a tripod, the Quantaray Digital Cable release enables photographers to reduce camera shake for shaper images in a variety of shooting situations, including close up or macro photography and long exposures such as night landscapes and fireworks. Simply plug the cable release into your camera and turn your camera on. Pressing the shutter release button half way activates your camera's auto focus and exposure settings. Take long exposures by pressing the shutter release button completely and sliding in the direction of the arrow to lock the shutter in the open position. To release the shutter at the end of the exposure, slide the button back to its original position. The cable is 3 feet long.
